All prices are based on 2 people sharing a room unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment by credit card, cash, cheque or online banking. Check in is at 6.00pm and checkout is at 10.30am unless otherwise arranged. Tariff includes breakfast selected from our extensive menu.
30% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking, this is non-refundable. The remainder will be payable up to two weeks before arrival. If the guest cancels up to two weeks before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be refunded where applicable. If the guest cancels two weeks or less before arrival, the total amount will be payable. In the case of a no-show, the total amount will be payable.
Smoking: We have a strict no smoking policy, and guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere on the premises, including the garden area.
Accessibility: The Garden Room may be suitable for those of limited mobility. You are advised to check before you book. The dining room is located on the first floor, but guests may request breakfast in their room on the ground floor if mobility issues pose a problem with the stairs.
Children: We do not have facilities to accommodate babies and young children. However, older children may accompany adults to stay in the Garden Room only.
Pets: The Garden Room is suitable for a well behaved, housetrained dog. Guests are not permitted to leave their pet in the room alone under any circumstance. Guests are not permitted to exercise their dog in the garden area. We have domestic ducks and hens, therefore insist that your pet is kept on a lead at all times.
Liability: We have taken care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. However, we do not accept liability for error or omission howsoever caused. We do not accept liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to persons or property which the customers or any other person may suffer or occur arising out of or in any way connected with your stay at Tithebarn.
